Our extensive design research led us to establish a quality patient care centered metric ” registry to recovery “ which would measure patient flow, process flow centered with the idea of healing.

We redesigned several departments of the campus along with a renewed masterplan which address the campus as a health city and while being guided by our metric to innovate patient care with convenience.

Our design exercises resulted in elimination of delays and unwanted processes with our “registry to recovery “ metric , significantly, with superior hygiene factor across departments & refined efficiencies.
