challenge: “ We were tasked to work with a functioning warehouse fully stacked and required to deliver a fully functional “new “ facility within a short time frame while adhering to safety and compliance

Our in depth research defined two key aspects of warehousing i.e. the palette size with safe load bearing capacity and the material handling equipment which is the forklift which together constitute the warehouse .
Ideate
Our design process involved two aspects a) the realignment of existing goods b) the interplay of new palette racking systems while working with constraints and use of the forklift along with safety and compliance to design workflow
Innovate
Our design didn’t just cater to the articulated needs , it almost doubled the yield of the space with a mezzanine floor to utilize aerial space , intuitive work flow efficiency , safety and compliance.
